Participation in IEARN projects

Page history last edited by Oxana Krailo 12 years, 11 months ago

There are lots of ways for learning anything, but the most intertesting is participation in the international projects. This is a nice way to share your thougts and ideas on different points among people whom you have never seen before and probably will never see in future, but they value your opinion and are ready to discuss important things. That was our reason to join the IEARN Community which unites more then 3 mln students from all over the world and take part in Learning Circles of Global Teenager Project.

The work was really great - we had to communicate with pupils from Hungary and Bangladesh, OAE and Kanada, Ghana and UK. The topic for the discussion - Life Values - made our eleventh-formers think, search, learn lots of new and become more grown-up than before. And now we are to begin the work in another session of Learning Circles - now it's a part of My Hero project (home.asp.htm). It will be the task for the seventh formers and I am sure - we will enjoy it!

You can read the question we had asked the participants to answer, their answers, our summary and important links on following links and downloads: Айорн.docx, ЯК РОЗПОЧАТИ РОБОТУ В ПРОГРАМІ I.docx, iEARN Learning Circles.htm, iEARN.docx, LIFE VALUES ANSWERS TO LV7.docx, LV7.docx, Summary lesson plan.docx, Well.docx.

If this information is interesting for you, register on IEARN page, get in touch with the Country Coordinator, fill in the form - and join to the discussion! Some more info - in the Power Point Presentation created for the English teachers' meeting - Використання2003.ppt
